To be fair to all our customers, we cannot accept returns or exchanges simply because you didn't pull the exact figure you were hoping for. That’s the true thrill of the blind box! However, every figure in the series is designed to premium standards, so there are genuinely no "bad pulls."

4. What if my figure arrives damaged or has missing parts?

We pack our orders carefully, but if your item takes a hit during transit or has a manufacturing fault, no worries! Just get in touch with our support team within 7 days of delivery with some photos, and we’ll sort out a replacement or refund for you straight away.

To be completely upfront with you—no. Because these are true blind boxes, every single box is a completely random pull. Even if you grab a whole case, we cannot guarantee zero doubles or a complete set. But honestly, that’s the real thrill of the chase! Grabbing multiples definitely boosts your odds of finding your favourite characters. And if you do score a double? They make brilliant backpack charms or cracking little pressies to trade with mates.
